How the calculation works
Roughly 80% of the parts inside a John Deere / CNH / Claas / Fendt / MTZ dealer box are re-badged Donaldson, MANN, SKF, Bosch, Gates, or Mahle — the same factory, the same documented L10 life, the same certificate, at 2-5× the price. The remaining 20% is non-negotiable OEM: safety-critical systems (brakes / steering / ROPS), machines still in warranty (≤5 years), dealer-locked components (Bosch IMA injectors, post-MY18 CAN alternators, Fendt Vario TCU, JD DPF, NOx sensors, DEF pumps), and precision CVT / closed-centre hydraulics (Fendt Vario internals, Claas CMATIC, Väderstad Tempo seed discs). This calculator bundles three tools behind one widget. (1) OEM lookup: paste a JD / CNH / Claas / Fendt / MTZ / KhTZ / КЗС OEM code and get Donaldson / MANN / SKF / Bosch equivalents, the UA foundry substitute when one is registered (Velesagro, Motordetal-Konotop, SKF Ukraine Lutsk, DIFA), the dealer-lock flag, the counterfeit tier, and OEM-vs-aftermarket price bands. (2) GOST ↔ ISO bearing translator for legacy MTZ / KhTZ / Don fleets — 26 bearings across 4 families (GOST 8338 deep-groove, 27365 tapered, 8328 cylindrical, 5721 spherical). Surfaces the GOST 7524 = ISO 32224 correction (the Batch 1 table had 30313 by error) and three naming-collision warnings. (3) Buy-decision ladder: 7 rules top-to-bottom — (1) safety-critical → OEM, (2) warranty ≤5 years → OEM, (3) dealer-lock → OEM, (4) precision CVT / closed-centre → OEM, (5) engine wear on sanctioned-origin >15 y → UA foundry, (6) tillage wear → UA foundry, (7) default → premium aftermarket. Cross-tab warnings: sanctions advisory on MTZ / Rostselmash / KAMAZ / YaMZ / D-260 / MZKT / Gomselmash / Belshina / Voltyre / Kirov / Yaroslavl (existing-owner parts flow via grey channel + UA foundry substitutes). Counterfeit exposure: Bosch injectors 30-50%, Magneton starters 25-50%, SKF bearings 15-25%, MANN / Donaldson filters 10-15%, JD-branded filters 15-25%, premium tires 1-2%.

Pick the tab
OEM lookup (you have a PN), GOST translate (legacy bearing), or buy-decision ladder (OEM vs aftermarket?).
- 2
OEM lookup: paste the PN
Paste an OEM (RE541922 / DZ115391 / 240-1109080 / 84228488) or an aftermarket PN (P551433). The normalizer strips spaces / dashes / slashes and matches by exact PN first, then starts-with, then fuzzy over aftermarket equivalents.
- 3
OEM: read the price delta
Compare ₴OEM dealer vs ₴Premium aftermarket — the 2-5× dealer uplift is shown in a yellow pill. UA foundry substitute (when registered) sits in a green callout. Grey-market price flags render in a red frame.
- 4
GOST translate: pick family + bore
GOST 8338-75 deep-groove / 27365-87 tapered / 8328-75 cylindrical / 5721-75 spherical / 24696-81 spherical-sleeve. Bore 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 60 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 100 / 120 mm.
- 5
GOST: watch for the 7524 correction
For tapered × 120 mm the calculator surfaces a yellow callout: GOST 7524 = ISO 32224 (120×215×61.5), NOT 30313 as older UA parts catalogs sometimes listed. This is a specific post-2022 correction from Batch 3.
- 6
Buy-decision ladder: fill the 6 inputs
System type, machine age, warranty, safety-critical flag, dealer-lock flag, precision class. The calculator walks 7 rules top-to-bottom and highlights the one that fires. The verdict card on top shows OEM / aftermarket / UA foundry + a bilingual rationale.
When to use this tool
- Verify a dealer quote for JD 6155M fuel filter RE541922 = Donaldson P551433 equivalent at 1/3 the price
- Translate GOST 7524 tractor bearing for a 1980 MTZ repair — avoid the classic 30313 vs 32224 catalog trap
- Decide OEM vs aftermarket for an out-of-warranty Case IH Puma transmission part
- Check if a 'Bosch' injector at 50% below market price is likely counterfeit (very_high tier 30-50%)
