About this product
The GRASS HEADER 500D is a grass header that works with a forage harvester, cutting fine-stemmed crops up to 1.5 m tall for green feed and whole-crop silage. Its single-knife segment cutterbar with open double steel guards has a planetary knife drive.
A balancing mechanism and lengthwise and crosswise ground following hold the set cutting height even on uneven fields, and a four-bat rake reel feeds the stems to the knife.
