Overview
About this product
A mid-season IMI-resistant linoleic single-cross sunflower hybrid with plants above medium height. It is resistant to broomrape races A–H.
The maker states new genetic resistance to downy mildew (DM), a fast start and early development, and genetic resistance to rust. Imidazolinone-based herbicides are to be applied according to the maker's guidelines.
It is optimal for the dry, hot climate of the Steppe. Where phomopsis and sclerotinia occur, fungicide protection is needed.
Plant density at harvest: 50–55 thousand plants/ha with sufficient moisture and 45–50 thousand with insufficient moisture.
