Overview

About this product

N-Pilot® 2.0 is a handheld, portable reflectometer that supports decisions on nitrogen fertiliser applications. It assesses the crop's nitrogen status from the plants' chlorophyll content and the amount of biomass, and works out the fertiliser requirement by comparison with an over-fertilised reference zone.

The advice takes the growth stage and the grain protein target into account, covering all top-dressings for cereals and the total nitrogen requirement for rapeseed after winter.
