About this product
The Jain PVC Foot Valve fits on a pump's suction pipe and keeps the water column in it. Its strainer screens out trash with minimal obstruction to flow, and a positive shut-off prevents leakage, so the pump does not need repeated priming.
The rubber flap carries a precisely set weight for a quick seal. The rigid PVC body is light, adds no extra weight to the suction pipe and resists chemicals and corrosion.
