About this product
Gate Valve PL is a Jain plastic gate valve for flow control in irrigation and water supply lines. A sliding gate gives leak-proof shut-off, and a special handle with a percentage indicator lets the valve open and close slowly to avoid water hammer.
A square-threaded multi-start brass spindle runs quickly and smoothly, and the bonnet and gland nut have buttress threads. The compact body has straight-through flow with minimal pressure drop, and threaded or solvent-weld ends connect it to the system.
