Overview
About this product
Tempteishn combines genetic resistance to turnip yellows virus (TuYV) with high field tolerance to verticillium wilt, light leaf spot and phoma, which the maker considers important when rapeseed saturates short rotations. The hybrid develops fast in autumn and does not push the growing point up, which, in the maker's words, gives an optimal rosette in autumn and high frost resistance.
In spring a medium pace of regrowth lowers the risk of frost damage. Flowering is mid-early and long, seed filling is fast, and pods ripen in step with the straw.
The maker states a high oil content.
