About this product
DXS / DX3S is a vertical DeLaval silo tank for cooling and storing large milk volumes, built in seven sizes from 11,000 to 40,000 l. Its evaporators are arranged laterally, so even the first litres of milk entering the empty tank quickly cover a whole evaporator plate for efficient heat transfer.
Automatically controlled two-speed agitation prevents splashing at low volumes, and a cleaning nozzle built into the rotating blades reaches the whole inner surface of the tank.
