The BELARUS-1222.4 is a 136 hp wheeled tractor of the BELARUS-1300 series, built with a six-cylinder MMZ diesel in either of two engine versions. A synchronised manual gearbox runs with a dry, normally engaged twin-plate clutch, and the rear PTO has two independent speeds. Front and rear wheel track are adjustable.
