The 09Н is a single-axle walk-behind tractor with a Honda GX270 petrol engine for farm work on small plots and garden holdings. With a trailer it hauls loads, it drives stationary machines from its power take-off, and it handles municipal jobs.
The multi-plate clutch runs in oil and is hand-operated, and the stepped manual gearbox has four forward and two reverse gears. The wheel track can be set in three positions.
