About this product
The Hi Roller® Enclosed Belt Conveyor is the line's original model, with belt widths from 18 to 54 inches, for dry bulk materials. Spool-shaped carrying idlers form the belt trough, self-align and run on two external bearings instead of six internal ones, keeping the bearings out of dust.
The return belt slides over an antistatic UHMW liner and wipes up dust and spillage, which the reloading system returns to the belt. Each conveyor is built to the job, with inclines, sharp upbends and intermediate discharge trippers.
