Mycotoxin binder

Also known as: toxin binder, feed additive binder

Full explanation

Three binder classes: (1) MINERAL (clay, bentonite, zeolite) — cheap (UAH 30–80/kg), effective against aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2), limited against DON and zearalenone. Examples: Mycofix (Biomin), Toxy-Nil (Nutri-Ad); (2) ORGANIC (Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell walls, β-glucans) — mid-priced (UAH 100–180/kg), broad spectrum, microbiota-safe. Examples: Mycosorb (Alltech), Fecinex Plus (Kemin); (3) COMPLEX (mineral + organic + inactivators) — expensive (UAH 200–400/kg), broadest spectrum, best 85–95% efficacy. Examples: Mycofix Plus 3.E, Toxinova. Dosing: 0.5–3 kg/t feed depending on contamination level (monitored via feed ELISA tests). DSTU 7686:2015 specifies mycotoxin measurement methods. Certified Ukrainian labs: Ukrlab, Agro-Spa, Dairy Lab.
