Mannol additive Motor Life Extender

An innovative multifunctional means of protecting the engine through stabilisation of the pressure in the lubrication system – an additive for motor oils based on synthetic complex esters (Group V oils). It is a combined product: a viscosity stabiliser that protects the oil from thinning, a sealant for the engine lubrication system and a friction modifier. Suitable for all types of four-stroke engines - diesel, petrol - and for all types of oils - synthetic, semi-synthetic, mineral, including those that contain esters (esters).

Properties:

makes up for the loss of kinematic viscosity (at 100°С) in the course of operation (especially with frequent cold starts), without thereby worsening the characteristics of the low-temperature properties;raises the viscosity index;reduces the loss of compression in the cylinders through improvement of the dynamic seal between piston and cylinder, thereby reducing oil burn-off by preventing it from entering the combustion chamber;eliminates micro-leaks caused by mechanical wear of engine parts, through the addition of modifiers which block the sites of these leaks;penetrates worn oil seals and rubber seals, restores their former volume and elasticity, preventing oil leakage through them;contains an additive package of API SN/CG-4 categories;increases the thickness of the oil film;reduces evaporation of the oil, which also reduces its consumption through burn-off and extends the service life of the oil;raises thermal-oxidative stability, which raises its resistance to ageing and degradation, as a result of which oil change intervals can be extended;improves low-temperature properties, which considerably eases cold starting and reduces start-up wear of the engine;improves detergent and dispersant properties, prevents the deposition of varnishes, resins and sludge, which increases the service life of the engine and of the oil itself. The ester molecules from the additive are drawn magnetically to metal surfaces by their pronounced polarity and create a dense and very strong oil film, which has:

Application:

Add to the oil in a ratio of 100 ml per 1 l of oil.Recommended for regular use.
