DEFENDA Dabltrai
DEFENDA Dabltrai is a selective pre-emergence herbicide containing metolachlor at 960 g/L, formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate. It controls annual grass weeds and certain broadleaf weeds in maize, sunflower, rapeseed and sugar beet. As a chloroacetamide, it inhibits very-long-chain fatty acid synthesis in germinating weeds. Applied to the soil after sowing before crop emergence at 1.3–1.6 L/ha, it protects crops for eight to ten weeks without accumulating in the soil.
