The "ECOTEC LEGO" automatic grain sampler is an innovative development that has no analogues in the world. The main difference of this sampler model from other manufacturers is that it can easily IN THE FUTURE BE UPGRADED INTO A RAIL-MOUNTED SAMPLER «Ecotec RAIL», which no company in Ukraine or in the world can offer! The "Ecotec LEGO" sampler is adapted to the conditions of sampling from large trucks, with trailers and with raised sides. This sampler model is designed with an increased strength margin of the structure and of the drives for work in harsh climatic conditions, with a service life of more than 10 years. The Ecotec LEGO automatic sampler is made traditionally reliably, taking into account overloads and unforeseen working conditions. Also, at the choice of the user, dct models of the samplers produced by our company, can be equipped with one of three variants of probes for sampling (twin-channel, slotted or auger). Accordingly, for each design the length can be additionally increased. All probes are made exclusively of stainless steel. The working algorithm of the samplers with pneumatic feed/removal of the sample starts sampling only after immersion in the grain. In this way, the sample taken reflects the composition 100% and does not distort the qualitative composition of the sample at any sampling depth. The samplers produced by our company are ideally suited for intensive and continuous use and can work with rotation through 180 and through 350 degrees on double truck lanes. The samplers work by means of a hydraulic station with a rating of 140 bar, which will make it possible to take a crop of any moisture content over the whole height of the bulk of the product.
