Mannol additive Ester Additive

An innovative means of protecting the engine based on synthetic complex esters (Group V oils); esters (esters); an additive for motor oils and for oils for mechanical transmissions. Suitable for all types of engines - diesel and petrol, four-stroke and two-stroke and for all types of oils; synthetic, semi-synthetic, mineral, including those that contain esters (esters).

The ester molecules from the additive are drawn magnetically to metal surfaces by their pronounced polarity and create a dense and very strong oil film, which has the following properties:

high load-carrying capacity, which allows the engine and/or the transmission to work under increased loads without negative consequences;unsurpassed anti-wear and antifriction properties, which considerably increases the service life of the engine and/or the transmission assemblies and saves fuel;anticorrosion and antioxidant properties. The additive gives the oil the following properties:

reduces evaporation, which reduces its consumption through burn-off and extends the service life of the oil;raises thermal-oxidative stability, which raises its resistance to ageing and degradation, as a result of which oil change intervals can be extended;improves low-temperature properties, which considerably eases cold starting and reduces start-up wear of the engine;improves detergent and dispersant properties, prevents the deposition of varnishes, resins and sludge, which increases the service life of the engine and/or the transmission and of the oil itself;penetrates worn oil seals and rubber seals, restores their former volume and elasticity, preventing oil leakage. Compatible with all materials.

Application:

add to the oil in a ratio of 500 ml per 5 l of oil;recommended for regular use.
