Automatic grain sampler Ecotec Standart 270

The Ecotec STANDART 270 automatic grain sampler is adapted to the conditions of sampling from large trucks, with trailers and with raised sides. This sampler model is designed with an increased strength margin of the structure and of the drives for work in harsh climatic conditions, with a service life of more than 10 years. The Ecotec Standart 270 automatic sampler is made traditionally reliably, taking into account overloads and unforeseen working conditions. Also, at the choice of the user, all models of the samplers produced by our company, can be equipped with one of three variants of probes for sampling (twin-flow, slotted or auger). Accordingly, for each design the length can be additionally increased, as standard all samplers are supplied with a twin-flow probe 2700 mm long. All probes are made exclusively of stainless steel. The working algorithm of the sampler with pneumatic feed/removal of the sample starts sampling only after immersion in the grain down to the floor of the vehicle body. In this way, the sample taken reflects the composition 100% and does not distort the qualitative composition of the sample throughout the sampling depth. The Ecotec STANDART 270 is ideally suited for intensive and continuous use and can work with rotation through 270 degrees on double truck lanes.
